Knowing Jesus,
Growing in God’s love
Sharing it with all
All Saints’ is a friendly, bible believing church, at the heart of the village community. We are part of a wider Benefice, including Glatton, Holme and Conington. We are a growing community working together in our worship and sharing of resources.
Sawtry has a proud history, dating form Roman times. At one time there was an abbey as well as several churches. Two medieval churches were pulled down, and the current building was opened in 1880. So Christians have been worshipping in Sawtry for a long time. But our aim remains the same: to be a community of Christians who spread the good news about Jesus.
All are welcome at our church. We aim to make Christianity relevant to the 21st century, and to help you build a relationship with God.
Sundays at All Saints
Each week we have a young at heart activity and a range of toys, puzzles, books and colouring. We have plenty of space for buggies and seek to involve the whole church family in our services.
Learning and growing in faith
We all need help to grow in our faith, help to understand the Bible and time to discuss together what it means to live as a Christian in today’s world. House groups, Lent courses and other opportunities for exploring and deepening faith are arranged.
Prayer and care
We usually meet every Monday morning at 9.30am to pray. The church building is normally open Saturdays, 2.00-
