Message from Rev Becky

I continue to hold you all in my prayers at this very difficult time.

I am very conscious that in this unprecedented time we find ourselves with so many unknowns, with new routines, new technology and separated from many of the comforts, physical relationships and activities we treasurer. I've had lots of conversations in the last few days on just that and there are no simple answers but I have drawn hope and courage that within all we experience and witness we can be confident in one constant, an unchanging God. Nothing can separate us from the love of God - Romans 8: 31-39. It is very easy to say but harder to hold in challenging circumstances.

Have a half hour or so to spare / feeling restless, then take a look at the selection of activities and have a go!

LISTEN AGAIN ONLINE

A chance to listen to recent sermons for the first time or again.

DIAL-A-SERMON SERMON - 01487 800141

An ‘off-line’ initiative especially for our benefice. Call this local phone number (standard network rates apply) and hear

the sermon from the previous week (and going forward prayer and a blessing will also be included). This is especially

for those who don’t have Internet access, hard of hearing or unable to join our services via zoom.

DAILY HOPE - 0800 8048044

This is available 24 hours a day and is a FREE phone number people can call. Callers will hear a special greeting from

the Archbishop of Canterbury before being able to choose from a range of options, including Prayer During the Day and Night Prayer updated daily, from Common Worship, and a recording of the Church of England’s weekly national online service.

A section called Hymn Line will also offer callers a small selection of hymns, updated daily. An option entitled ‘Hymns

We Love’, provides a hymn and reflection.
