WEDDING COSTS

Statutory Parochial Fees for weddings are listed on the ‘Table of Parochial Fee list – 2023’ as issued by Ely Dioceses and are reviewed annually. The church fees shown below are set by All Saints’ Church PCC and are reviewed annually.

The Parochial Fees due are those applicable at the date of marriage not at the date of the wedding being booked.

The church fees are mandatory (except where indicated) and are in addition to the appropriate statutory parochial fee.


Banns of Marriage & Certificate of Marriage - Parochial Fees 2023


£36   – Publication of banns of marriage


£18   – Certificate of banns issued at time of publication (If marrying in another parish)


£528 – Marriage Service in church

£30 – Use of organ or piano by your own musician (If required)


£39 – Cleaning to full HSE ‘Workplace Covid-19 Secure’ standards (Mandatory Covid-19 protocols)


£65 – Verger* #(Ensuring HSE Covid-19 secure protocols are followed and risk assessment completed before service)

          Plus £25 – Verger attending rehearsal


£65 – A/V system & sound operator**

         Plus £25 – A/V system & sound operator attending rehearsal  


£65 – Zoom operator**

          Plus £25 – Zoom operator attending rehearsal


£30 -  1 ’Celebration interlude’ music/photo slide show with up to 60 JPG photos files provided by the couple.

£165 – Zoom system & live broadcast (up to 95 connections) #


£96 – Heating (Normally required September to May or if requested June, July and August)


For all weddings, a deposit of £300 is required on booking, to confirm the date in the church diary. Payment of the balance is due 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

*Note 1:  For 30 or less attendees, if a live Zoom broadcast is required, then the zoom operator will also act as

Verger. For over 30 attendees, a separate verger will be required.

 

**Note 2:  The fee for the A/V system, Zoom system and operators covers the preparation on the day and use of our A/V system, Zoom system, video cameras,  radio, hand and stand microphones, hearing loop, all music in addition to the organ/piano, live video broadcast and display of any pre-recorded video, photos & PowerPoint slides. Operators to select, switch and adjust the live video / zoom  feeds and microphone sound levels during the service and operate the computerised AV & Zoom broadcast system.  


#Note 3:  The fee for the Zoom system also covers the work associated with ‘basic’ preparation of the Zoom live broadcast to include preparation of an emailable link, preparation of MP3 music files provided by families for entry, exit and 1 ’celebration/signing of register’ music interlude, and a JPG photo file for the start and end of the service. Video files or PowerPoint slides can be provided by families as alternatives for these music and photo files.


The Zoom Fee includes recording, processing, and copying of the live Zoom broadcast for on-line viewing for a period of 4 weeks, together with a MP4 copy on USB stick.


Any requests in addition to the above list to be costed on a basis to be agreed in advance, depending on the specific requirements for that service.
